Nadia Krishi Vigyan Kendra successfully showcased the live webcasting of the National Launch of Bharat Vistaar – The Digital Platform Infrastructure (DPI) for AI in Agriculture on 17th February 2026. The programme was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, at Jaipur.

The live telecast was attended by scientists, extension personnel, farmers, and stakeholders of the agricultural sector. The initiative aims to strengthen digital agriculture through Artificial Intelligence–based solutions, enabling improved advisory services, precision farming, data-driven decision-making, and enhanced farmer outreach.
The event created awareness among farmers about the transformative role of AI and digital infrastructure in modern agriculture and encouraged active participation in technology-driven farming practices.
