Dr. Pradip Dey, Hon’ble Director, ICAR–ATARI, Kolkata, paid a visit to Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Nadia, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKV) on the concluding day of the 23-day Residential Training Programme sponsored by the Syngenta Foundation, CSR wing of Syngenta India.
On the occasion, Dr. Pradip Dey delivered an insightful lecture to the trainees, emphasizing the role of capacity building, skill-oriented training, and technology-led interventions for sustainable agricultural development and rural livelihood enhancement. His address provided valuable guidance and motivation to the participants.

During the visit, Dr. Pradip Dey inspected various units and facilities of KVK Nadia and interacted with scientists and staff members. He appreciated the extension activities being carried out by the KVK and offered constructive suggestions for further strengthening training and outreach programmes.
